• Clearly disclosed before purchase

• Payable in full prior to access being granted

There are no hidden or recurring fees unless explicitly stated.

4. Delivery of Educational Materials

• Educational materials are delivered digitally via email

• Delivery begins after payment confirmation

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary

Once access is provided or materials are delivered, the service is considered commenced.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be considered if:

• The request is made within 7 days of purchase, and

• No educational materials have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, and

• No work has started

Refunds will not be issued once:

• Digital materials are accessed or delivered

• Educational guidance or resources are provided

• Work has commenced in any form

Approved refunds will be dealt within the Uk:

• Are returned to the original payment method

• May take 5–10 business days to process

• May be subject to a £25.00 administrative fee

6. No Earnings or Results Claims
